Construction of the 2nd Kindergarten on Menelaou and Esperidon streets, Kallithea Attica

This is the construction of the 2nd Kindergarten of Kallithea, on Menelaou and Esperidon streets, which will meet the needs of the residents of the northern area of ​​the Municipality. The building has been erected on two adjacent privately owned plots located on the OT. 103, with a total area of ​​435.21 m2.

The building of the 2nd Kindergarten is going to house 55 infants and consists of:

• Basement with a total area of ​​254.54 m2.
• Ground floor with a total area of ​​254.54 m2
• First floor with a total area of ​​254.54 m2,
• Room with a total area of ​​254.54 m2, which will become a modern green space (green roof) in which the children of the station can play and at the same time will contribute positively to the environment.
• Yard surrounding area with a total area of ​​180.67 m2 that has been landscaped with greenery and playground equipment, and provides a particularly attractive space for relaxation and play for children, according to the requirements and current specifications of kindergartens.

The project includes construction and electromechanical works as well as supply and installation of equipment for halls, playground instruments and planting works on the roof and yard.
