The Group’s beginnings: the establishment of Cyfield Development , a company specializing in land development and now the mother company of the whole Group.

In line with its vertical integration strategy, the Group established Curio Trading, a company that imports and markets building materials and sanitary ware.

Eurocyfield was established in Greece using the same successful strategy of Cyfield Development Public, designing and selling high-quality residential apartment and commercial buildings, thus creating a new market in Greece. Successful completion of dozens of projects led to broader interest which involves construction of schools and other public projects.

In a strategic move to diversify its activities into infrastructure construction projects, Cyfield acquired a majority stake (70%) in the public company Nemesis Construction.

To streamline its operation and maintain full control over the quality and completion of each project, the Group expanded into manufacturing and trading with the establishment and acquisition of a number of subsidiary companies dealing in the production and trading of asphalt, concrete, precast concrete products and other materials and related activities. This expansion process began with the establishment of Cyfield Beton and Cyfield Asphalt, strategically securing the supply of the two main materials of construction and infrastructure companies.

A quarry company, Mylonas Mitsero Quarries was acquired together with the corresponding mining privilege.

Two more companies were established, Peranco Precast Products Ltd that produces precast products and  Nemesis Transportation that owns a truck fleet and deals with transportation and logistics.

The creation of Asphalt Petroleum completed the circle of material supplies with the importation and storage of bitumen, the key ingredient for the production of asphalt.

In an effort to expand the Group’s geographical market share and gain important synergies, a number of strategic alliances were formed with other construction companies leading in the establishment  of a second quarry, Cyfield Quarries Ltd and the formation of a new asphalt plant, Cyfield Asphalt Ltd in Limassol.

Following some years of consolidation, the Group expands its contracting activities to Greece, with the awarding of the Paiania Project. At the same time Cyfield continues constructing buildings in the most prime locations of Athens.

In 2013  the Group enters the energy sector  with the construction of photovoltaic parks as an inclusive EPC or EPCF provider.

The Group establishes its own office in Cairo, Egypt in a strategic move to expand its operations to this important neighboring country in the Middle East and was awarded its first Government Contract.

On Nicosia’s busiest street, in the center of the city, Cyfield builds the 360, the capital’s tallest landmark with 135 meters height and 34 floors. With breath-taking 360o views that stretch for miles around the city, this innovative construction brings a new lifestyle to the community.

In 2018 the group entered into energy generation with Power Energy Cyprus Ltd (PEC). The Group has begun the construction of the largest private conventional independent power station in Cyprus. Enerfield was established and licensed by CERA to provide lower priced electricity for Cypriot consumers.

The company has been awarded its 20th award. 2019, a year of pioneering new projects, new highly trained management and optimistic outlook of the future.
