The integration of NEMESIS Construction PLC into the CYFIELD Group heralded the formation of the Group into an integrated organization dealing in all aspects of the construction industry.

In 2002 Cyfield Development Ltd and Nemesis Construction PLC created Nemesis Beton Ltd, a company for the production of ready mixed concrete, aiming at covering the Group’s needs in high quality concrete as well as supplying the expanding local market.
Later in 2004, the Group bought a quarry company Ch. Mylonas Quarries (Mitsero) Ltd with the relative quarry in the region.
Nemesis Precast Products Ltd was then established in 2005 from dealing with the manufacture of various products from concrete, such as paving stones, that are used in road construction and buildings.
