The group, within the framework of its strategic expansion across all sectors of the building industry, acquired the company Ch.Mylonas Quarries (Mitsero) Ltd together with the relative quarry privilege in the area of Mitsero. There it installed a latest technology materials production unit which ensures an unhindered flow of materials in quantities beyond the needs of the Group.

In April 2008 the mother company Cyfield Development Co Ltd, agreed to an exchange of shares between the companies Ch.Mylonas Quarries (Mitsero) Ltd and Medcon Quarries Ltd . With the execution of this agreement the Group acquired quarry ownership and access in the Limassol region.
