Cyfield Development Co Ltd and NEMESIS Construction PLC have agreed with MEDCON Construction Ltd, to exchange shares in their subsidiary companies Chr. Mylonas (Quarries) Ltd and Medcon Quarries Ltd.

Within the terms of this agreement, MEDCON Construction Ltd will transfer 49% of its shares in MEDCON Quarries Ltd to CYFIELD Development Co Ltd and to NEMESIS Construction PLC. In exchange, CYFIELD Development Co Ltd and NEMESIS Construction PLC will transfer to MEDCON Construction Ltd 49% of their shares in Chr. Mylonas (Quarries) Ltd.
