NEMESIS Asphalt Ltd evolved as an independent company of the Group in 2003 from the existing production and asphalt laying department of Nemesis Constuction PLC. Today it is one of the two biggest companies in the production of asphalt in Cyprus with significant market share.

The company has made important investments in state of the art machinery and owns two Asphalt Plants, its own machinery for the laying of asphalt and a separate unit of production of cold asphalt. It employs experienced and personnel and owns the necessary infrastructure and technical support such as laboratory and maintenance team.

In 2008 the Company aiming at further consolidation in the market created with Medcon Construction Ltd a new company for asphalt production, called Medcon Nemesis Asphalt Ltd.  The company created a second company together with with Medcon Construction and Kythreotis Holdings, called Medcon Kythreotis Nemesis Asphalt Ltd. The Company will handle a completely new unit of asphalt production near Limassol. With this strategy the Company is further consolidated in the market and aims for more growth and reduction of competition.
