Cyfield Development Co Ltd was established in February 1990 with the object of dealing in all aspects of land development. The Company began with the development of residential buildings and houses in Nicosia. Very quickly it expanded to Limassol and later to Greece.

Cyfield Development Co Ltd has set up the necessary infrastructure that allows it to work completely autonomously and to control the all stages of production and development of its product. It designs modern buildings in selected locations following strict ergonomic criteria and quality specifications that are based on analysis of market trends and needs. The design and all required studies are carried out by our in-house team of architects and engineers. After all licences and approvals are obtained, construction work begins using our own experienced workforce under strict quality specifications. The sales effort is undertaken special team of experienced salesmen. Our work does not finish when a project is sold. Each client has at their disposal an interior designer sallocated by the company in order to assist them with their choices of materials or any other assistance they require to turn their new house into a home. The company employs about 70 individuals as well as a number of carefully selected subcontractors and collaborators.
